New 330,000 sq ft Salford logistics and industrial site now available

A prime industrial unit in Little Hulton has recently been launched to the market, with contractor Glencar handing over the keys to developer Logicor on Thursday 11 September 2025.

The site, off Junction 4 of the M61, was of interest to Logicor due to its proximity to both business and potential customers. Bolt330 is within a two-hour drive of 60% of UK businesses and 18m customers via the motorway network.

The scheme features 32 dock loading doors, 18-metre eaves, a 50-metre yard and up to a 1.4MVA power supply.

Bolt330 has been designed in line with Logicor’s own sustainability ambitions – namely a 36% reduction in carbon by 2030 – and boasts BREEAM ‘outstanding’ and EPC A ratings.

Citing these credentials and the £2.2m of social value generated during the construction phase, Matthew Storr, Director of Project Management at Logicor said:

"The Bolt330 development is a prime example of Logicor’s determined focus to make a tangible difference both environmentally and socially.

"Alongside delivering a high quality and highly sustainable building, this scheme has created jobs and training opportunities for the people of Salford that will make a lasting difference."

Cllr Teresa Pepper, Lead Member for Skills and Work and Business Support at Salford City Council, said:

"We are delighted that Logicor has worked with Salford City Council to develop the Bolt330 light industrial and logistics unit in Little Hulton.

"This facility provides a tremendous opportunity for the local community and when the site is occupied, will bring new jobs and benefits to the area. The site has been built to the highest specifications, including from a sustainability perspective and I look forward to seeing how it develops in the future."

Knight Frank, B8RE, and CPP have been appointed as agents for the scheme.
