Leonard Curtis takes 10,000 sq ft at Eden
Leonard Curtis is expanding its presence at New Bailey, with plans to relocate from around 5,000 sq ft at Riverside House into a new 10,000 sq ft office at Eden.
Reported by Place North West, the move will see the financial services company join BDO and TLT in ECF’s 12-storey Salford office building. The company will remain in Salford as it grows, doubling its office footprint and providing additional space for its team.
It’s another positive example of a business choosing to grow in Salford.
