Home to over 1,600 businesses in this sector, Salford’s office economy has transformed in recent years. Exciting new developments such as Greengate and New Bailey, part of the regional centre alongside Manchester, boast substantial Grade A office space.

Large, international companies have moved into Salford to benefit from the quality office accommodation on offer, as well as competitive rental prices, location and transport links.

The MediaCity office market is also buoyant with a further 900,000 sq. ft of commercial office space planned, whilst Salford Quays provides multiple office destinations, such as the well-known Exchange Quay.

Recent investment in cycling and walking infrastructure has further improved accessibility to the main office locations in the city, while the Metrolink and rail services bring businesses closer to clients, suppliers and markets.
